The project was implemented in collaboration with BAREX. The project included: development of technical solutions, drawings according to technical standards (with placement of production, technical, and guest areas), equipment layout in 3D, water supply and drainage plans, electrical and ventilation drawings, and an equipment estimate with all technical specifications.

Equipment:

The project features the most renowned wood-fired Pompeii-style oven model Vulcan Mario 120/170 in stylish black pearlescent finish.
